Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re neurodivergent and unsure where to begin. To help you settle in, many clients start by exploring the Navigate Neurodivergence Foundations - eight areas that often shape neurodivergent life, such as sensory needs, autistic burnout, masking and energy limits. Together we explore whichever of these areas feel most relevant for you. Many people find this gives them language, grounding and clarity that make the deeper parts of therapy feel more accessible. The Foundations aren’t a programme or a fixed sequence - simply a flexible starting point we shape together at your pace. If you’d prefer a more open beginning, we can start there instead. Therapy always adapts to you.

NN FoundationsIf you’ve recently realised you may be autistic, ADHD or AuDHD, you might be feeling that strange mix of “everything makes sense, yet nothing makes sense.” I specialise in supporting late-identified adults who are trying to understand what this means for their life and want a safe, validating space to talk openly.
Therapy with me is gentle, steady, and grounded in deep respect for your neurodivergent experience. I work with autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults (and those who wonder if they might be), who want to understand themselves more fully, soften long‑held patterns of masking, and find ways of living that feel sustainable and authentic. My approach is warm, relational, and unhurried. You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. You can come exactly as you are - overwhelmed, burnt out, curious, unsure, or simply longing for a space where you don’t have to mask.
